As a family-owned firm, SDI functions under a very important motto: “Quality is Job #1”. Our founder Michael Shannon began this firm in 1990 to fulfill a need in the kitchen exhaust hood cleaning field. This need was to provide customers with a thorough cleaning by highly trained / certified technicians. Since our humble beginnings, we have grown to a large-scale firm with numerous employees, a large fleet housed in a 35,000 square foot building located in Southern California. We attribute our growth and success to our expertise in our field, strong work ethic driven team, an unparallel focus to details and stellar customer service. These qualities allow us to surpass our competition and be a leader in the kitchen exhaust hood cleaning industry. Our dedicated, skilled staff and highly trained technicians consistently hone their skills and improve our techniques.
